• Bill paying options: Monthly utility payment service, to avoid the hassle of paying bills when you are not in town.
• Pick-up and drop-off service at the airport for your guests.
• Catered breakfast, lunch or dinner for your guests; Includes preparation, service and clean up.
• Full maid service daily or weekly and in between rental occupancy.
• Advertising your unit on our web site plus on other applicable sites and marketing with local realtors through an informal networking process.
• Screening your potential renters to ensure your unit will be well cared for; preparing rental contracts and handling all payments and deposits via VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, or AMEX. Check out services, including verifying that items are not missing and there is no damage to your unit. Our Fee for all services is 15% of rental cost.
