• Advertising your unit on our web site plus on VRBO.com and marketing with local realtors through an informal networking process.
• Screening your potential renters to ensure your unit will be well cared for; preparing rental contracts and handling all payments and deposits via VISA or MasterCard. Fee for this service will be 10% of total rental cost.
