I purchased a new condo in Mismaloya Mexico, seven miles south of Puerto Vallarta. I live in Northern California. My problem, no car or knowledge of reasonably priced furniture stores in PV. So I did what I always do in that situation, googled it! Sure enough I found Mr Vallartas website and purchased two bedroom sets (Milan), Chechmel Buffet, living room set (trenton sofa bed which I love), two fabulous red chairs and a rattan bistro table with four chairs, which can be used inside or out. I found Paul to be helpful and tireless with my constant questions, email and faxes. I also found out he provides other services in PV, such as airport shuttle, and black out shades, window screens and custom glass tops to protect your furniture. I am beyond pleased with the furniture and products I purchased, but most of all with Pauls friendly, easy going demeanor. His customer service is amazing!!!

I could not be happier with his prompt response to emails and phone calls, his ability to make my out of the country furniture purchase much easier, and his knowledge and access to skilled woodworkers. His hardworking and always helpful assistant Gaby was a blessing. They held my hand through the whole process and I loved the result, especially the custom sleeper sofa, bar stools, and coffee table I had ordered. I simply emailed photos of what I wanted and they were able to flawlessly duplicate my request. I was very pleased with the personal attention and professionalism they offered and would highly recommend Mr. Vallarta.

How could you ask for any more. I admit reluctance in the beginning. But you were always there. You answered your phone. You called me back. You responded to email. You customized my order and delivered exactly like you said. At delivery our brand new sofa had a small tear. With no discussion you sent the person to my house to replace the entire section so it would be brand new!! The USA should learn from your company. I needed a bedroom suite for our home in Ajijic, Mexico and could not find one locally that I liked. I came across the Mr. Vallarta website and saw a bedroom suite, which was close to what I wanted called Milan. I called Paul Magallanes at Mr. Vallarta to inquire about shipment to Ajijic and about getting a larger dresser. Paul was very helpful in answering all my questions and in arranging delivery. He kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my order and worked very hard at coordinating delivery since delivery was about the time Hurricane Jova came through!  I was apprehensive about ordering furniture over the internet, especially furniture that I had not seen except in a picture. However, I need not have worried! The bedroom suite was delivered without a scratch, the quality of the furniture was great, and the customer service was outstanding.  Best of all, the furniture looks wonderful in our bedroom. I could not be more pleased!!

I am completely delighted with this very comfortable Serta mattress and don´t know why I waited as long as I did to get rid of the old, hard mattress that was in the condo I bought two years ago.
