A very special thank you to Mr. Vallarta, (Paul) for taking care of our needs on our recent visit to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After extensive long stay travelling, we decided to return to PV. We wanted something a little different and after looking we contacted Paul. Paul located us in the heart of the Romantic Zone in a new building with a wonderful roof top garden and infinity pool. We could not have been better located. We were close to everything we wanted, transportation, shopping, the International Friendship Centre, fine restaurants and of course the famous Malecon and fabulous PV beach. We chose Paul’s concierge service as we wanted to get settled quickly. As promised the service was waiting for us at the airport. Our very few needs were looked after quickly and most important a trust was built up between us. Thank you Paul for your assistance in making our long stay vacation in PV memorable. We look forward to returning next year.

I couldn’t be happier with his prompt response to e-mails and phone calls, his ability to make my out-of-the-country furniture purchase much easier, and his knowledge and access to skilled woodworkers. His hardworking and always helpful staff was a blessing. They held my hand through the whole process and I loved the result, especially the custom sleeper sofa, bar stools, and coffee table I had ordered. I simply e-mailed photos of what I wanted and they were able to flawlessly duplicate my request. I needed a bedroom suite for our home in Ajijic, Mexico and could not find one locally that I liked. I came across the Mr. Vallarta website and saw a bedroom suite, which was close to what I wanted called Milan. I called Paul Magallanes at Mr. Vallarta to inquire about shipment to Ajijic and about getting a larger dresser. Paul was very helpful in answering all my questions and in arranging delivery. He kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my order and worked very hard at coordinating delivery since delivery was about the time Hurricane Jova came through!  I was apprehensive about ordering furniture over the internet, especially furniture that I had not seen except in a picture. However, I need not have worried! The bedroom suite was delivered without a scratch, the quality of the furniture was great, and the customer service was outstanding.  Best of all, the furniture looks wonderful in our bedroom. I could not be more pleased!!
